You have the chance to win a pair of ticket to Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway

1(a). The Prize: a pair of ticket to Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway for 9th April filming date

2. Prize draw period: From 2pm 10th March 2022 until 4pm 24th March 2022.
3. Eligibility and conditions of entry:
   Over 18s only ; Entrants must both like the original Instagram post, follow @stvcommercialuk and tag another user to be entered into the draw. One entry per person.
   Any employees of any STV Group company and their immediate family members are excluded.
   4. How to enter:
   You can enter by liking the original post on Instagram, following @stvcommercialuk on Instagram and tagging one other user.
4. Winner selection, notification and claiming your prize:

STV will collate all likes, follows and tags and the winner will be drawn at random from all entries.

The winner will be selected by 5pm on Thursday 24th March 2022.
The winner will be contacted by 12pm on Friday 25th March 2022 on Instagram via Direct Message.
The winner must accept the prize by 5.30pm on Friday 25th March 2022 by responding to the winner notification message on Instagram.
STV reserves the right to check identification before releasing the prize. In the event that the prize-winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, STV may at its sole discretion award the prize to another person.
If the winner fails to respond and accept the prize by 5.30pm on Friday 25th March 2022, STV will, at its own discretion choose another winner using the same random selection process on Monday 28th March 2022.

The new winner will be notified on Monday 28th March 2022 as above, and must respond and accept by 5.30pm on Tuesday 29th March 2022.
In the event that no winner responds or accepts, STV at its own discretion may cancel the prize draw.

6. Prize Delivery:
   STV will send the e-tickets to the desired email address of the winning entrant.
   7. Personal Information
   By entering the competition, you are aware that STV will store your Instagram username to select a winner.
